With our post-machining processes, including blasting, tumbling, deburring, and ultrasonic part washing capabilities, RDS Machine can ensure our machined parts meet your FOD and surface finish requirements. We can streamline your overall project with our range of additional supporting services, including complete part marking and final assembly.

Additionally, through our trusted network of NADCAP-certified metal finishing partners, we offer complete painting, coating, and plating options to satisfy your unique project needs. Our metal finishing solutions include Type I, Type II, and Type III anodizing (with a mastery of the difficult-to-achieve tan and green color requirements for military applications), electroless nickel, passivation, chemical conversion coating, and specialty painting processes for aerospace, defense, and optical applications.

In-House Assembly and Part Kitting

Adding to our comprehensive contract manufacturing services, RDS Machine can provide certain in-house assembly services. Our integrated assembly process ensures that your end products are assembled to the same high-quality standards that govern our precision machining services. At RDS Machine, that means adhering to our robust AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system.

We can also provide partially kitted parts and full-part kits for other projects to streamline your end assembly operations. Part Marking

RDS Machine can provide custom part marking for your machined products with laser and machine engraving options. Other Secondary Processes

Partnering with a network of carefully verified vendors, we offer complete painting and plating options to satisfy your unique surface finishing needs. We use photo spectrometers to ensure our painting and plating partners adhere strictly to color standards and maintain extremely high consistency.
